ssyntax

[procedure] ssyntax symbol

[procedure] ssexpand item

These routine deals with a Arc's extended syntax x:y and ~x.

ssyntax returns t if symbol contains these special chars.

ssexpand expands the symbol that containing special syntax into a normal S-expr. If item isn't ssyntax symbol, just returns item.
