Gauche:WadlersPrettierPrinterLibrary同様、lazyにしてある。
関数の対応関係はヒマがあったら後日まとめるかもしれないけど、
こっちのがより実用的でしょう。
GaucheFestの時にはゲーッって思ったけど、Wadlerのを自分で拡張するよりは
